Tattoo Policies

• Iowa Law states that you must be 18 years of age to get a tattoo. This law has no exceptions.
• A $20 drawing fee is required at the time of initiating drawing. Most of the time your artist will have spent several hours working on your design before you even see it. This compensates them for time spent developing you a completely original tattoo. Drawing fees are non-refundable.

Piercing Policies

• You must be 18 years of age to receive a piercing.
• Minors (down to age 13) accompanied by a parent or legal guardian can get piercings in the ear lobe, basic ear cartilage, nostril, septum, navel, tongue, and eyebrow.
• All piercings are subject to eligibility based on piercers discretion.
